Nhiệm vụ trọng tâm
1: Perform capital-raising transactions:
- Perform capital-raising transactions according to the Group's strategic plan and project development, ensuring transactions are performed on schedule;
- Update data on the financial situation, forecast of business results, legal documents related to project development plans, support investors to access data rooms to review businesses related to capital raising activities;
- Update data to implement marketing materials for fundraising transactions (Investor presentation, projects introduction, offering circular, etc.).
Respond to the investors' requirements, investors' questions during the review and execution of capital raising transactions;
- Organize project tours in the company's development portfolio at the investors' request.
2: Monitor the implementation of financial and non-financial commitments related to capital raising:
- Disseminate to relevant departments related to capital raising transactions to ensure the implementation of commitments (pre-disbursement and post-disbursement) between the Group and investment institutions;
- Update risks of violation of commitments to investors post-disbursement.
3: Maintain strong relationships with domestic and foreign financial institutions:
- Maintain strong relationships with domestic and foreign financial institutions (fund management companies, potential investors and securities companies);
- Update market information on investment and disbursement needs of financial institutions.
Trình độ/Kiến thức/Chứng chỉ nghề nghiệp
- Bachelor or higher degree in Finance / Accounting / Audit / Banking / Business Administration.
- Profound knowledge of Finance, Financial Market, Stock Market, and Capital Market.
Kinh nghiệm
- Profound knowledge of legal regulations in business operation, investment, finance, banking and accounting.
- Relevant experience in finance, banking, financial control, accounting, investment structures, and investors.
- Experience in M&A and international business, corporate finance consulting, calling for investment, analysis, consulting, financial review or audit at securities companies, and fund management companies.
- Ability to negotiate, communicate and build good relationships;
- Prediction and risk management skills, change management skills;
- Ability to analyze, judge and resolve disputes.
